But this service is way overhyped and as people start to use it they will realize it brings the worst of email and IM together: unproductivity.

Misleading headline on huffingtonpost.com.
Here is the headline I saw on the main page: "Google Wave "Crashes"... Cybercrime Hits Facebook
Not only is there one too many double quotes, but this headline would suggest that the Google Wave servers crashed. That is not at all the case, after I clicked through to the article. Huffington Post needs to not trick readers into spreading false information by not reading the article and just spreading the false headline or by clicking through to an article which itself is "overhyped" by using a misleading headline.
What a sad person writes something like this.
A guy by the name of Robert Scoble. A Microsoft MVP (who would have guessed by his hatred for anything google, right?)
Scoble is well-known in the technical bloggosphere as an "egoblogger"--A blogger whose writing tends to have a self-aggrandizing or narcissistic tone. Egobloggers spend as much time promoting themselves and trying to get famous as they do writing their blogs.
I prefer my 80 yo grandma's advice about the internet over his.
