Wilson's bad-manmered heckling of Obama, a guest in the House setting, would not be approved by his parents while Grayson's truth telling made his parents proud. The Repugs now lie about his chance of reelection! They are delusional as always.

The more I read about Mr Grayson, the more I like him. That he can put 2 & 2 together about the Acorn de-funding bill, and threaten to use it for all govt contractors who cheat us is a start.

He went after the contractor whistle blowers who were killing our troops with faulty electrical and other scary things and won, so he has proven he's a pit bull attorney.

He agrees with Ron Paul about the exposing the Federal Reserve's unwarranted power.

And he uses the same techniques the Republicans have been using so successfully and that includes his sharp response in that apology to the dead. Sound bite, baby, sound bite!

Good! If he is a stand-up democrat and he faces off those repugs and he votes for a public option, then he's a great man for the people.
He's a very smart and rich man who is not in the pocket for those lobbyists.

Alan Grayson was born and raised in the Bronx, and it shows. Graduate of Harvard Law, with honors, he clerked for Judges Ginsberg, Scalia, Bork and Abner Mikva. He is also founder and President of IDT Communications, a publicly funded billion dollar corporation. In other words he is rich, rich enough that he finance his own campaign for Congress. He is beholding to no one. Love it.

if they make him a one-termer, no biggie. he can go back to practicing law and living a very comfortable life. in the meantime he is speaking truth to power where others are afraid to. good for him!!!

He had me at "guts" and "honesty".

This gentleman is spot on. I wrote him the most laudatory letter and copied Obama...I hope he frames it and hangs it in his office.

I find it amazing that it took a freshman Congressman to actually place the healthcare reform debate into stark relief. Sometimes, the important things require only simple words to be made manifest.

All of the raucous screeching at the town halls, the lies spread by the GOP, the "Blue Dogs'" efforts to undermine reform serve to prove one thing: You can't fool all of the people all of the time. And when you are on the wrong side of a notion whose time has come, you will fail ...
