Where does this love of 'nerds' come from? It's completely disingenuous. The lovely nerds people are always fawning over are usually nothing more than quiet or slightly awkward hip people. I guarantee if any of you supposed nerd lovers stumbled upon the lair of a true nerd in all it's fantasical madness you'd promptly run in the opposite direction and regale your friends with the horror story over a pint later that night. This nerd-love is unjustly stealing the title of 'nerd' from true nerds. Haven't they been maligned long enough? Now they're getting their hopes up and title stolen by hipsters worldwide in one fell swoop. Poor guys. I still wouldn't go near them though; They're nerds ... I kid i kid.

The Harry Potter cast all seem to plan ahead well. Rupert with real estate, Emma getting set for college, and Daniel making sure (with Equus) that he won't be typecast forever. The other kids are growing into steady careers as well.
Love that red hair! Geeks and nerds are the best! How fun for those who grew up on Harry Potter books and movies. They will be showing them to their kids I bet.

When the market value goes up, he may be able to sell it double for what he paid for. Best of all, it's mortgage-free! That is SMART investing on his part.
