Get rid of the buses with stairs. It takes forever for the elderly, disabled, injured and larger passengers to come up the stairs.

Allow the drivers to determine when NOT to allow additional passengers to board. There is soo much time wasted trying to pack the bus to the ceiling. The driver spends too much time yelling "move to the back" when there is no more room and then sits there yelling at people to get behind the white line.
