Scott Lee Kimball was charged Tuesday in Boulder County with two counts of second-degree murder in the deaths of four people missing since 2003.
Kimball, 43, is expected to plead guilty during his arraignment Thursday afternoon in Boulder County District Court, according to a source with knowledge of the case.
