if he is half jewish why is he taking, the wife's money she supports her family with... that is untouchable holy money if he wants to play faith games.

he is acting like a Mormon. he told Nancy Grace he wants to restore family values, so does that mean he wants kate to shut up, and accept the mans word.

if he acted like this during the marriage with 8 kids, can you see why she was always on his butt, he is selfish and irresponsible.

he wanted a divorce, so now he needs to pay, why should he get to evade responsibility...

Kate has stated repeatedly (ad nauseum) of how all of their LIQUID assets are gone. Everyone please man your violins, and lets play a rousing rendition of "Boo Hoo" for Kate, This woman is nothing but a spoiled brat, who's 15 minutes were up MONTHS ago.

How many of our fellow American citizens have lost their jobs, their homes, and their health insurance? How many American citizens have NO non liquid assets AT ALL?

Let Jodi and Kevin have custody of the children until Jon and Kate sit down and resolve their problems. Neither one of them deserve the children at this time. Not because Jon's a bad person, but because he needs space from all of this to just deal with Kate. As for Kate, well what can I say? She's just evil. I don't want to hear about how she's a victim .... she is not. A good mother? mmm ... no she's not. It takes more than a schedule, organic foods and a controlling nature to be a good mother. I've watched enough of this show to see what she is. An insecure, unhappy, bitter, manipulative and scheming shrew. Now that her meal ticket is being threatened, the claws are out. She seems to forget .. as has Jon, that they aren't the stars - the children are. And it's time to let the kids have their lives to live out without any further media intervention.

Kate seems to have an excellent attorney in Mr. Momjian. He's not a media-hungry firebrand like Jon's Pit Bull attorney, former "Son of Sam" serial killer David Berkowitz’ defense lawyer.

Jon's "epiphany" led him to hire the wrong attorney. That decision coupled with all of his shenanigans and antics over the past 6 or 7 months ultimately will not bode well with the Court.
