Tracy Morgan Slams Cheri Oteri And Chris Kattan: 'F*** 'Em'

Tracy Morgan's new autobiography 'I Am the New Black' promises to be delightfully loopy--the impassioned audiobook version, even more so.

In the clip below, Morgan talks about the old days at SNL, which leave him with no love lost for former costars Chris Kattan and Cheri Oteri.

"I could remember those two, especially those two people, treating me like the invisible guy. Now look where they at. Cheri Oteri, she can't even get arrested," he reads.

Then he adds some extra commentary.

"That's what happened to me over there. They never treated me well," he says. "I never cared for them either. F--- 'em."

'I Am the New Black' hits shelves Oct. 20 and '30 Rock' returns Thursday.

I've been surprised that Tracy Morgan was chosen to be on the show with Tina. As a comic he seemed so-so and he is not a very good actor. He may have developed as a character so that now he is perfect in the role, but I did think that Cheri Oteri and Chris Kattan were both talented and very funny on SNL, but not all SNL comics translate well in other areas of entertainment, although an amazing number have from that show.
Tracy, if you are trying to stir up things, you may very well be facilitating a comeback for both Oteri and Kattan. I like all three of you really.

SNL just hasn't been the same caliber of program since the original cat moved on. Tina Fey is close to the endearing goofyness of Gilda Radner, but the rest of the new crew(s) lack that almost childlike naughtyness that made the first cast so popular. Sorry, current SNL fans, but that's the way it is..

If they treated him badly, he has the right to say it. I'm not a fan of any of them really, but it's his right to say what he wants about them. It's his book. You're not required to buy it or read it.

I can't believe you people acting as if you've never had someone in your past who treated you so poorly. He is reacting to a bad time in his past and dealing with it by including it in his book. Obviously the experience of being treated like dog poop had a bad affect on him and he is cleansing himself of the emotion. For those of you saying he's whining, the next time you get harsh treatment, YOU just suck it up and take it and stop whining. Yes, it's nice to come here anonymously and slam the guy, then go by a hypocrite later.

There are two sides to every story. Maybe Kattan and Oteri honestly didn't feel he was that funny. Not a very smart or wise thing to do... comments like this usually come back to bite one in the @ss.

All three of them were hysterical. Oteri was the funniest of all.

I cannot believe the way you people are reacting. Tracy wrote a book and these are excerpts. He has a right to say whatever he wants in his book. It's not like he goes around on talk shows and bad mouths these people.

I also have a preference for the written word over audio books (I tend to constantly get distracted and have to rewind them - although my aural attention span is improving tahnks to podcasts) although having heard these excerpts on Stern, I believe I may make an exception in this case.

Here is one for whats-his-name. I never heard of him and the other people he bad-mouths. I do know people can act like he says they do, and how demeaning it can be, but there are better ways to express it. It is better to tell a story like that, so it doesn't make you look bad also. This person wrote a book? I must rush out to ignore it.
