Unfortunately this program was for single family homes and buildings of 4 units or less. Because of the building I live in is a 6-flat we're not able to get the blue carts. I actually use the blue cart across the alley to throw my recyclables.

Hopefully things improve soon so that they go back to every other week pick-up
