O'Reilly Goes After Joe Klein: 'Mr Klein Is Scared' Of Me (VIDEO)

Fox News host Bill O'Reilly has been vigilant in responding to any critics who accuse the cable news network of betraying their "fair & balanced" slogan with their coverage of the Obama administration. O'Reilly's latest target is TIME magazine columnist Joe Klein.

Klein recently wrote that "Fox News peddles a fair amount of hateful crap. Some of it borders on sedition. Much of it is flat out untrue."

O'Reilly reacted harshly to this on his show last night, labeling Klein a "coward" and telling his audience that Klein is "scared" to face the bombastic host:

But even though he has plenty of space, Klein fails to illustrate his point, providing no examples of what he says is untrue. So I, being a fair kind of guy, gave Klein a chance to come on the factor and see if could provide backup - to make his case specifically rather than irresponsibly. A TIME publicist told us 'Mr. Klein is unavailable.' Sure, truth is, Mr. Klein is scared.

O'Reilly believes that "the increasing hysteria" over Fox News demonstrates how powerful the network has become. "This is now the network of record, and the left doesn't like it."
