Think of all the starving children that could eat on the money that went for the second reception alone........

SICKENING.

Ivanka looks like one of the transve$tites in my Vegas show. I kid you not. If she decides that her daddy's empire is too boring for her, she can come work for me.

I'm not so sure. Did you hear his 3 second toast? It sounds like he is keeping out of it ~ with good reason.

Must be nice to go through life as a privileged real person, looking down on those who are not real.

Yes very nice...I think of the millions of continued to be unemployed Americans who are just trying to keep a roof over their families heads and then I see two families who spend millions on a wedding in a country with at least 60% divorce rate (well it may be lower now because a lot of couples cannot afford to get a divorce)...real nice.

This only goes to prove that the powerful and rich in this country don't have a clue about what's going on in the rest of the world. Just today several hundred people in my county were furloughed for two months because we've run out of money. Spending millions of dollars on a wedding when we all know that the marriage will last all of 2 years, based on the record of their parents, seems like such a waste. At any rate, why are we seeing so many stories about this?

Such excess in this economy. They could have done something for a charity instead of a second reception. The wealthy don't think this way. Wonder if they will throw two divorce celebrations?

How many people do you think have jobs because of his activities, including people who work for him directly and all the trades that work on his buildings?

Stop being a victim, GrandmaBEE, and make life happen for yourself.

I don't view myself as a victim. Just saying in this economy 2 receptions is excessive. Trump has filed bancruptcy twice that I know of. I am sure his business dealings have caused problems for millions and added to the financial and realestate markets. And now that the American people are having a tuff time, it seems the rich don't have to tighten their belts like the lower and middle class do. Feels a little like "let them eat cake".
