franz will get paid and he should if this is true. if not he should pay all court cost for filing a flase suit. i would not be suprised. someone had to invent this.

Hey, I invented snowboarding and windsurfing back in the 1960s, but I never got credit for it. I'm suing the manufacturers. They stole my ideas, and commercially exploited them! I want big bucks!
