Estranged Wife: Eddie Cibrian Cut Off My Cash

Brandi Glanville says she's unable to buy basic necessities like food and gas because her estranged husband Eddie Cibrian controls her credit card, Los Angeles court papers show.

Glanville, 36, a former model turned full-time mom, is also requesting at least $39,963 in monthly support from Cibrian, who filed for divorce after going public with his relationship with LeAnn Rimes.

Brandi Glanville wants things done a certain way from here on out.

Saying she quit working at Eddie Cibrian's request back when they were dating, the stay-at-home mom is demanding full financial support from her future ex-husband, whom she says is making $60,000 a week for his gig on CSI: Miami.

In a court filing obtained by E! News, the former model estimates her monthly expenses to be in the ballpark of $49,000, which includes household bills, groceries, child care, $3,000 for clothes...

You know, the usual.

Glanville states that, since Cibrian moved out, he has paid for all the bills that are in his name, but has neglected to give his estranged wife money for groceries and other day-to-day expenses.

Aside from the monthly support, Glanville also wants $50,000 for legal fees and sole use of the home they used to live in together. Cibrian should have to ask her permission or wait for an invite before he's allowed to come over, she says.

She is also requesting that Cibrian provide her with the address of where he's been living so that she can approve their sons' overnight visits with him—though overall she's had their two boys 90 percent of the time since the split, according to her declaration.

Point taken. However, $1500 per month for the kids and $8000+ per month for her smacks of opportunism on her part. NO ONE needs to spend $4000 a month on dining out, especially in this economy. I understand the whole "lifestyle to which she's become accustomed," but that's just ridiculous.

Why is it your business how much money she spends on anything. Just let the court sort it out. She's entitled to a level of security plus she has lost wages and retirement income because she stopped working in order to be a full-time mother. There is economic value to that and she is entitled to be compensated for it since the marriage has broken up.

Here ya go! Here's Brandi Glanville's comments on her declaration. Eddie according to her has only spent 10% of the time with his kids since hooking up with Leann Rimes. Glanville has been with them 90% of the time.
She quite modeling per his request to be a full-time Mom. I sooo hope she gets her request of 40K a month. She deserves it, I think. The family deserves it.

I had never heard of her before this separation. She wasn't exactly Cindy Crawford material. Very few models are wildly successful. If she thought her career was really taking off, there's no way she would have stopped modeling to have children.

I hate it when men cut off financial support to talented, hardworking, independent women. As a bachelor who eats out every day, I can't do better than $400 a month on dining. i'm just not trying hard enough I guess. Put her on the Campbell's Chunky Soupt Diet. It's filling and a lot less expensive.

There are two sides to such a story. People is no paragon of journalistic integrity, so a reasonable person cannot trust it. But California has got to be one of the worst states in which to get a divorce.
