Martha Stewart Calls Sarah Palin 'Boring And Dangerous' (VIDEO)

First Posted: 3/18/10 Updated: 5/25/11

By now everyone is getting a word in on Sarah Palin, including Martha Stewart, who used some tough language to describe Palin. Stewart made it clear to CNN HLN's Showbiz Tonight producer Jenny D'Attoma that she's not a big fan:

"She's very boring to me, very boring. And a very, to me, kind of a dangerous person. I mean, she's dangerous. She speaks, she's, she's so confused. And anyone like that in government is a real problem."

Watch D'Attoma's interview with Stewart:

Ms. Stewart's comment is a mute point since it comes from a dishonest individual who makes flowers out of toilette paper.
Enough said.

The left's visceral and irrational fear of Palin as captured so perfectly in Martha Stewart's comments is as revealing as it is comical. These pampered, self-important media elite arbiters of what America SHOULD be about are getting their noses rubbed in the reality of who we really are and they can't handle it.
It's as if they lived their whole life in Disneyland where everything is always perfect and shiny and cleaned up (by invisible people of a lower station in life) and are, for the first time, seeing the world as it really is.

If the "who we are" you refer to means ignorant, intolerant, xenophobic and anti intellectual, then you're correct, most Americans don't want to engage with nutters like Sarah Palin.

Martha, you're no angel, your history isn't exactly admirable. Where do you get your expertise from to call
Sarah boring and dangerous.
I believe Sarah to be a strong willed women with profound Christian principles about how her beloved country should be run. And the only expertise I have to say that what my beliefs are and what I stand for.
Family values, abortion, etc., I'm seeing our county run in to the ground by our currant President. Are you prepared to pay your portion of a abortion for a person who has just decided she doesn't wish to bare the fruit of her pleasures. What has happened to our Christian principles ??.
We can't spend our selves in to prosperity. I saw a cartoon the other day that scared the he{{ out of me. The leader of China introducing Obama as the manager of a new eastern operation. I think I kinda like our flag, how about you ??>

First of all not everyone believes in the "Christian" values that you and Sarah Palin seem to have in common. I find her to egocentric, disingenuous, dishonest and corrupt. There doesn't seem to be a person she wouldn't walk over, including her own children, to obtain her ambitions. She seems to cut and run from anything that challenges her such as her failed governorship.

She is cunning but not well educated and yes, her brand of ignorance is something, I would label, dangerous and she appeals to an uneducated segment of our country.

Ironic that someone chose the word "visceral" to describe the left's reaction to Palin because she seems to bring out that same sort of response from her besotted admirers which was exposed last year during her campaign speeches. The only thing missing from one of her rallies are the pitchforks and torches.

You rant on about abortion. I am of the belief every child a wanted child and I do not believe anyone should force a woman to have a child if she doesn't want one. I would rather pay for an early termination than bring more unwanted and neglected children into an already overpopulated world. So your argument does not sway me.

Flag waving, bible quoting and finger pointing isn't going to right our deficits or bring back manufacturing jobs. Putting pressure on your representatives will.
Listening to vapid people like Sarah Palin and her homespun ad hominem will only further divide the country.

Wow, no wonder the country is going to he{{ when we CHOOSE to adore a ly[ng thief.

Staffer apologizes on Martha's behalf (I've got the message recorded on my answering machine)

After I called and complained to Martha Stewart's Investor Relations department about Martha calling Sarah "Dangerous", I received a phone called from one of Martha's staffers saying that she apologized on Martha Stewart's behalf.

Sarah Palin is not a presidential candidate to me but she speaks for many of us that are not happy with Obama. Once again I will admit that I voted for Obama because I believed him when he said he would rid the corruption of Washington and not allow special interest, and earmarks, but I'm sad that he just continued the status quo. Sarah Palin is a rogue politician that loves the United States with all her heart and wants the best for our country. I will seriously consider any candidate she supports. Period.

I love Martha Stewart! The fact that the boring, dangerous, graceless, vulgar and uninspired Sarah Palin can be respected and admired by so many people in this country once again reinforces Bill Maher's claim that America is a stupid country.

just take a look in the mirror and say your stupid then you will have said that comment to the right person. yourself

You don't have to love Sarah but it says a lot when you profess your love for a dishonest, thieving convict.

Right on, Martha!

Martha is a real renaissance woman. Her resume is stupendous. She is infinitely more qualified to run a country than silly Sarah. I'm glad she was bold enough to make these comments.

Gotta respect Martha. She worked for hers to get to where she is being a hard working gutsy women from NJ and elevated the game of class. She didn't just come about in the media spotlight overnight like she was on American Idol or something. Good to see that we are like minded hard working women who both don't care for trash!! LMAO

I'm not a big fan of Martha, but I must agree that she deserves mad respect, not only for what she accomplished before a very public fall, but for what she regained after it.

At least her knowledge on her profession is solid.
