Palin Supporters Struggle To Explain Why They Support Palin (VIDEO)

Chase Whitestead and Erick Stroll of "New Left Media" set out to determine just what was it about Sarah Palin that impelled her supporters to stand in massive lines for hours for the chance to meet her at book signings.

They interviewed several of her supporters who were waiting in line at a Borders bookstore in Columbus, Ohio. These fans expressed very strong support for Palin, but it was mostly couched in vague generalities about her being "real" and "strong" and "fair."

When pressed to cite specific policies that they favored or thought qualified her for the presidency, most of her fans struggled to come up with anything other than generic lines about cutting taxes and spending and the Palin staple: "drill, baby, drill."

On the other hand, they were all worried that President Obama has been doing enormous damage to the country. However, again, specifics eluded them.

It's a prime example of the intelligen­ce level and ignorance, of at least 80% of those that support Palin.
All talking points and no real in-depth research of facts on the part of her supporters­.
I'm almost embarassed for them(not really), and ashamed that we have such ignorant sheep in our country.

I love the people i this video, the i want my country back crowd, that somewhere in there mind they think the world at some point, was actually an episode of Leave it to Beaver or the Andy Griffith show,.....­.when in truth that fantasy time never ever existed...­..when the T.V. went off, the white bread husband gave his wife a smack for not having dinner ready on time, and cracked his kid across the mouth for chewing with his mouth open.

It's all a fantasy. thank god the country is not there anymore,..­.as a friend of mine said when watching tv-land one night, wouldn't it be great to live back then?....y­eah I guess but only if I was white and a man.
