Gregory Coupet, the goaltender for Paris Saint Germain, suffered a horrible leg injury during a routine play late in the match against Auxerre last Saturday. The soccer club's doctor said he was lucky not to have done even worse damage than he did. He will be out of action for at least three months.
While sliding to stop a ball that was going out of bounds, Coupet's leg slid under him and he snapped it the wrong way. Watch the injury occur below (warning: it gets more graphic halfway through the video).
