The color is great for her! New hair cut is softer and more feminine.
Those 3/4 sleeves look too old for her.
Overall I think this was a nice choice for her.

Oh for pity's sake. She looks lovely, let her dress up and look as impressive as she
can and is in her role as Secy. of State.

My op? I would lengthen the sleeves a little and raise the neckline just a bit and put on a bolder necklace. It's winter, and she just looks cold that bare. Folds and coloring very flattering.
She looks great. Very inspiring for us over 40s.

I'd like to point how nearly impossible it is to find evening gowns for women over 40. Most outfits out there are deeply low cut, sleeveless and very body-hugging. Most of us over 40 still want to look nice without putting it all "out there." So lets skip the vote and just say how nice Hillary looks.

I like the color, I like the style, I like that she seems comfortable in her own skin. I think the amount of skin she's showing would've looked fine with a bigger, bolder necklace. That wimpy little chain doesn't match the drama of the dress. If you're going to do a Dynasty trip, do it all the way!

Um..... Like the cut is totally wrong for her body, particularly the neck/chest area and like the colour is wrong for everyone.

it's rouching not wrinkles. Wrinkles are what you get at a certain age while rouching are what sympathetic designers use to camouflage our lumps and bumps!
