Colorado Springs Police: DUI Reports Were Inaccurate

Colorado Springs Police: DUI

The Colorado Springs Police Department incorrectly reported at least 82 blood-alcohol tests since January, a statement from the department said today. Blood-alcohol levels in those tests were reported as higher than the actual results, police said.

The police department and the Colorado Bureau of Investigations are investigating to determine the cause of the inaccurate readings. A police statement didn't say whether anyone was wrongly accused of a crime based on the false results.
