Check out the list of the top ten most-watched internet videos of 2009, based on Visible Measures' tally of the viral videos on the web that got the most plays. Their tally includes views on YouTube, as well as social networking sites and websites like MTV and Viacom.

TechCrunch explains their calculations:

Visible Measures list is determined by data from viewership of both officially syndicated video clips and viewer-driven social video placements. The data is compiled using its database analysis on more than 200 million Internet videos across 150 video-sharing platforms.
