Price Dropped on Groucho Marx House, Still Jaw Dropping (PICTURES)

Via Curbed LA comes this listing for a 1956 Beverly Hills home designed by Wallace Neff for Groucho Marx. While the price was recently chopped, it is still by no means a bargain:

By October the house had its first chop: to $11.5 million. New asking price: $10.5 million or $1,726 per square foot. Even in posh Trousdale Estates, where this home is located, comps are closer to $850.
