I am just finishing the second book in Neal Stephanfon­'s "Baroque Cycle" (The Confusion) trilogy which is quite fascinatin­g to the point I can't put the book down.

I am giving Bill Bryson's A Short History of Nearly everything and some older science books to my boyfriend who lost all of his books to a fire. I have a huge wish list of new science book, so we will see just how many books pass hands this Christmas.
