In Jr High we had a teacher who was not well liked. Her response to everything was...*NO!*....The response from the class came in a variety of forms. It was an all girl school, and some of us would show up with twenty necklaces made out of beads, others had different color socks on, very visible too, One or two girls brought marbles, those nice big colorful ones and placed them on the desk. Otherwise, nothing. Then the teacher would start to lash out, and row by row things started happening. The marbles suddenly came down from the top of row 5, and on row 2 several of the necklaces broke at the same time. More things rolling down. The teacher started running, up and down, collecting the marbles, the beads, to confiscate them - led nowhere. We were all innocent little girls. The behaviors of the *terrisss* and the behaviors of the Republicans remind me of those times. Now it is up to the rest of you to figure out why that would be the case. Have fun figuring it all out. Oh, and let me not be remiss in my duty. Here is another thing to ponder: *A house divided can not stand*.

There has been a seismic shift in the Republican Party and this man's disgusting and wild comments probably represent that shift more than anything else one could hear or read. It behooves us to take these "tea bagger" mentality seriously. But of course no one with any knowledge or experience in our government particularly or in our society could ever believe it, even thought you'll hear clangs like Quist's in Cheney's propaganda. Think this is the same kind of garbage that Democrats during FDR's presidency took, a party blowing itself up and ready to take the country with them if that happens.

That is just pathetic. Is he a religious nut who thinks that the battle of good and evil between the army of god and demons and witches on the other side is constantly being played out?

Does he even know what country he's living in????

What a horrible comment.

Does the GOP understand they weren't elected to be the opposition party??

They are paid taxpayer dollars to read and pass legislation for the people.

They take their taxpayer salaries and do nothing but vote no and trash talk Dems.

That is a travesty of taxpayer money no matter what party they hold if they intend to do nothing for their salaries to benefit our people.

The father of 10 children and who knows how many grand children. This old man should be ashame but he is really not the problem the people that will vote for him are. We are in a lot of trouble in this country when we will chance our government to old men and women who believe they are entitled and for the most part have outlive their usefulness. I can tell you he is having a senior moment.

The best asset that terrorism has is the American GOP. By definition terrorists exploit peoples fears ... so does the GOP. The GOP has elevated these mass murderers to some kind of religious movement which validates them instead of treating them as the criminals they are and denouncing their activities instead of politicizing the damage done by these people. Newt Gingrich is on record stating that Americans need to be afraid. Well, GOP, you've ensured the success of the intent of the terrorist movement ... Americans living in fear.
