Soundgarden frontman Chris Cornell and his wife, Vicky, are furious after discovering their wedding video was being offered on Craigslist as macabre "lost" footage of dead starlet Brittany Murphy, who was a maid of honor at their 2004 ceremony. Cornell claimed the video was stolen and he threatened to sue the popular site, which has removed the video from sale.

It's about time Soundgarden put down their squabbles and got back together. I wonder how Matt will split his time with Pearl Jam - perhaps a Temple of the Dog return as well?

That's very tacky for someone to be selling a wedding video tape just because Brittany Murphy is in it. I am sure they will capture the person or persons that did this. It is obvious, that the culprit(s) had some type of close connection to couple, or worked a part of a video crew.

Not sure how the video was 'stolen' but that's the owners responsibility to make sure it's safe if it's so precious and not Craiglist to find out if it's stolen goods. His anger should be at himself & the person who listed it.

I love Chris Cornell - his solo work, his work with Soundgarden and Temple of the Dog. When I heard about the video, I thought it was horrible. I was hoping it didn't end up on the internet, but I found the video here http://crazystreamingvideo.blogspot.com/2009/12/rip-brittany-murphy.html among a few other sites. You have to fill out a survey to see it, but other sites were actually making you PAY to DOWNLOAD it. How awful is that? The fact that it's out there is bad enough. It's so sad to see how happy and healthy Brittany looked in it. I thought I'd share with anyone that wants to see it.
