Michael Cera visited Letterman Monday night with a clip from his earlier work--when he played a a child assassin who killed people with his mind on the Canadian television show "La Femme Nikita" at the age of ten.
"I think it's going to be interesting to see if there's any chronological difference between you at ten and how you appear now," Letterman joked.
"I just wanted to bring it because people tell me a lot that I play a lot of the same parts," said Cera. "I'm always kind of mild mannered, and this is just an example of my range.
The baby-faced actor, now 21, has a blond crew cut in the vintage clip but otherwise doesn't look too much different.
