No Pants Subway: CTA Riders Strip For Improv Everywhere Stunt (VIDEO)

Sub-zero temperatures be damned. It's an annual tradition, and hundreds of Chicagoans answered the call Sunday by riding around on the CTA with no pants.

Improv Everywhere is a group that organizes mobs of people to put on "scenes of chaos and joy in public places." The No Pants Subway Ride is a tradition that started in 2002 in New York City, and still gets quite a turnout there. But it's also spread across the country, and in recent years has grown a sizable following in Chicago.

Hundreds of people boarded the Red Line at Granville, disrobed, and eventually made their way down to the Roosevelt stop, where singing, dancing and pantsless frolicking ensued.
