Conan Blasts NBC Over Tonight Show Shake Up (VIDEO)

A few hours after Jay Leno blasted NBC and said he would leave their prime time programming the way he found it -- "a complete disaster" -- Conan O'Brien really took off the gloves during his "Tonight Show" monologue.

With the network moving Leno back to his original time of 11:35 p.m., Conan has reportedly been given an ultimatum: start at 12:05 a.m. or stop working for NBC. That hasn't gone over well, and the comedian let loose on his employer, taking a shot at the company's financial woes before listing some of his own options. Among them:

  • "Star in a Lifetime original movie about a woman trapped in an abusive relationship with her network."
  • "Bring sanity back to NBC by hiring Gary Busey as head of programming."
  • "Leave television altogether, and work in a classier business with better people, like hard core porn."
