There's no denying it-- it has been really cold around the world the past few weeks. Extreme temperatures, both hot and cold, are signs of climate change, and we've seem some serious weather recently. We've collected some of the most dramatic weather shots of what frigid Mother Nature has been up to -- they can make you cold just by looking at them!

Take a look:

Ice-encrusted oranges were sprayed with water overnight to help them insulate in Clermont, Florida.

Extreme winter cold?

In Vancouver they are trucking in snow to prevent the collapse of the winter games.
Also the Arctic ice is at an all time low.

What happens is just an ordinary winter in some places like we used to have “in the old days”. In other places this winter is still unusually mild. Global warming has confused people’s memories and they got used to mild winters.
That’s all.

The ice covered oranges are beautiful, but a little hard to take.

These pictures all look normal to me.....but its Winter here and we have had snow here since mid November and its not leaving for quite a while. The only picture that looks odd to me is the frozen fruit on the trees. Hope they all survive.
