
Michael C. Hall won his first Golden Globe, for his role on "Dexter," but not surprisingly his recent revelation that he battling cancer was on people's minds.
Last week Hall revealed he has been fighting Hodgkin's lymphoma and plans to beat it, as he is in remission.

A hat pulled over his head, Hall thanked his wife in his speech as he teared up. In the press room afterward, reporters couldn't help but ask after his health.
E!'s Ted Casablanca asked first, and Hall said, "I had every intention of keeping it quiet, but because the award shows were imminent, I thought I'd make a statement."
Of his hat he said, "I wanted something that was pretty simple, but a maybe a little fancier than your normal thing."
