The third Monday of every January is set aside as a national holiday to celebrate the birthday of Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr., whose actual birthday was January 15th. In honor of that day, and amidst the crisis in Haiti, we wanted to take a moment to celebrate the life of a great thinker, writer, and orator in books by and about him. If you have memories, thoughts or experiences of the beginnings of the Civil Rights movement or of Dr. King, we'd love to hear them.
