Scott Brown's Wife Music VIDEO: Gail Huff's RACY 'Girl With The Curious Hand' (PHOTOS)

First Posted: 03/23/2010 5:12 am Updated: 05/25/2011 3:15 pm

On Tuesday night, Scott Brown's wife pleaded with her husband to stop advertising his "available" daughters, but a video we've dug up reveals that Gail Huff wasn't always so prim and proper.

The Massachusetts senator-elect's wife, who now works as a reporter for Boston station WCVB-TV, starred in singer Digney Fingus' 1984 video for a song called "The Girl With The Curious Hand."

In the video (BELOW), Huff struts around and sunbathes in a black bikini, the top of which she removes at one point before diving into water. At the song's climax, she suggestively squeezes a tube of sunscreen, perhaps explaining the curiosity of this girl's hand.

Of course, the Browns are no strangers to skin: Senator-elect Scott famously posed nude for Cosmopolitan in 1982, and more recently with his bikini-clad daughters.

Was this a video that was actually played anywhere? Or just some random band nobody has ever heard of ...

Cheesy and so 80s. I miss that decade. What were we talking about here?!
05:52 PM on 01/26/2010
So what is the big deal? She's cute and made a nonsense mid 80's video with a mediocre band. Let it go. Let's see some real news.

*sigh* I miss the 80's. New wave, punk, MTV, homemade 'zines, hating Reagan. It was a simpler time.

This video confirms that the 80s were gay.

I do not believe this video to be gay. Scott Brown's centerfold, kind of.

I really don't think that there were any more gay people in the 1980's than there are now. Some were more closeted, yes, but statistically speaking, about the same number of gays 20-3- years ago.

I'll take "Trying to Look Like a Duran Duran Video" for $1000, Alex.

Yep, you're right. Mrs Brown was as beautiful then as she is now.

By the way,she didn't squeeze the bottle of lotion, the guy did. She simply touched his hand.

And his daughter's wore bikini's at the beach. Wow. There's some news. I thought this was a news site?

Except for the suggestive tooth paste thing, I really don't see anything wrong with the video.

WHO CARES: WE all have skeletons in our closets. He who cast the first stone should look at themselves in the mirror, Lets get off this tabloid news, and get serious. Democrats and Republicans congressmen need to get together and come up with a plan that pleases all Americans, not just a few

Mass. must be thrilled with their choice.
07:35 PM on 01/25/2010
Yeah, they are... Thanks !

"It certainly stands to reason", wouldn't you say ?, Jaslyn, that when an electorate votes for a candidate, as Massachusetts did for Scott Brown last week, by a SUBSTANTIAL margin over Martha Coakley, that they did so because they thought that that decision would end up affording them what they thought would be their maximal possibility of ultimately ending up "thrilled" with their decision, rather than their being "not thrilled" with their decision.

"Perhaps" Martha Coakley may've had some, say, "immediate relatives", who were "thrilled" to be able to go to their polling places last Tuesday, and vote for Martha Coakley, though then again, I can also see it being the case that if Martha Coakley did have immediate relatives who voted for her last Tuesday, they were in no way able to manage being in any way "thrilled" to do so.

She seems to me to be "just that type of gal". : )

By all evidence, Scott Brown had, through some major natural political / personal gifts and abilities, and through having formulated and presented positions on issues people could very comfortably at least largely agree with, and through just "sheer hard work !", developed a dedicated following that was quite "thrilled !" to be able to vote for the man, and I have every reason to believe they're still "thrilled !" about their decision, now, all of 6 days later.
08:15 PM on 01/25/2010
I was of course just "being coy", with my above "playing it pretty straight" answer, Jaslyn, because my educated guess is [as much as it like to think this WASN'T the case, so I could cling to the illusion you'd actually made an INTELLIGENT statement, above] was that you were actually "driving at something quite different", when you said "Mass. must be thrilled with their choice".

What I'm really guessing you were trying to say is that, though Massachusetts voters obviously were quite "thrilled !" and enthusiastic to vote for Scott Brown last week, now that they've been so very "SHOCKED !", and "SCANDALIZED !" from having seen this " RACY !" [Haha : )] "probably deserving of somewhere between 'PG' and an actual 'G' movie rating" 1984 "yawner" of a music video, that Brown's wife [though I'm pretty sure they weren't married at the time, and perhaps didn't even know each other then] had a cameo role in...

And so it begins. To the Browns: Mrs. Brown and Ms. Brown were public figures (newscaster and American Idol contestant, respectively) before Scott was elected; and both are over 18. Do not complain if more salacious things come out about the family since you put yourself out there. You're the flavor of the month; anything that surfaces will get more sales, ratings spikes and web hits than Tiger Woods' philandering.

The MTV generation has finally matured and is ready to boogie into power. (aside) We cannot complain. Coakley's campaign was so bad, Gomez Addams could have won.
04:08 PM on 01/24/2010
This video and bikini pictures make the Browns more every-day people and connect with MA constituents.
Had this come out earlier, Scott Brown would have gotten more votes. Even Capuano would have hard time, forget the boring DLC and their candidate Coakley.
Recall what Barry said after winning: I am the New Democrat, formerly known as DLC, the conservative-establishment of the Democratic party. And you think his candidate Coakley, an old wrinkly scab, would have been better? I don't.

I am saying this as a staunch liberal from the East and without a bit of sarcasm.

when Americans are so stupid that they vote for a guy they can have a beer with, or a soccer mom with no brains to speak of, then, sure why not Brown.
