U.N. Faces Mobs At Food-Aid Sites

U.N. troops fired tear gas and warning shots for the second day to try to prevent a mob from plundering aid supplies, witnesses said, underscoring the difficulties of getting enough aid to Haiti two weeks after the Jan. 12 earthquake.
