Summit County has set another real estate record just weeks after the highest priced residence was purchased for $8.28 million. The neighboring vacant lot was sold for $3.3 million, making it the highest priced residential vacant lot.
The half acre lot is located in the neighborhood of Timber Trail, an exclusive ski-in/ski out area along Trygve's Run near Peak 8 at Breckenridge Ski Resort.
