Nick Snider, Male Model, Offered Cops Oral Sex For Release: Report

Nick Snider, who Forbes magazine named the world's fifth most successful male model in 2008, has been charged with three misdemeanors, including offering multiple law enforcement officials oral sex in exchange for release, The Smoking Gun reports.

The intoxicated 21-year-old was arrested on Monday morning for causing a disturbance at a friend's house in Batesville, Arkansas. Snider, however, was having none of it.

According to an Independence County Sheriff's Department report, Snider told the approaching officers "I am a very famous model." Then as he was being driven to the county jail in a patrol car, he told one of the deputies "If you stop I'll suck your dick and balls if you let me go." Then Snider "also harassed the booking Jailer with similar sexual comments," which got him an additional charge of attempting to illegally influence a public servant.

The Prada model is now free on a $780 bond and plead not guilty to three misdemeanor charges. His trial is scheduled for February 17th--which may conflict with the Fashion Week jobs he's been scheduled for, according to The Smoking Gun. Fashion Week begins in New York on February 11th and ends on February 18th.

At the time of his arrest, Snider was wearing a t-shirt that read "Hey babe, When we chillaxin?"

What were the agencies and advertisers that made him the fifth most successful male model thinking?

If I had a men's clothing line, I would make sure the male models showing the line had real men looks that would appeal to the real men that would be wearing my line -- the real men who are the ones who will be creating the return on investment.

That's what the modelling business is all about: judgement about a model's looks -- cold, hard business judgement. If those who put themselves out there in that business don't know that, they are in for a nasty fall.

All the jokes aside, this is what happens when you're used to being the center of attention and then get fu*cked up and think my looks got me so far, maybe my looks can get me out of this, so he goes for the crotch. Not too bright but shuold be a boon to his modeling career. A good juicy scandal always helps these models on and off the runway and helps designers even more showcasing their designs on the runway too. I suppose the next designer he models for will have a line highlighted with stripes and chains too.
