Lynx Aviation, the regional turboprop carrier that feeds Frontier Airlines' Denver hub, will cease to exist by mid-September.
Lynx employees were told today about parent company Republic Airways' plans to replace the turboprops with small jets.
The jets will be flown by Republic pilots.
