I want a phone like Landau's assistant had in "Star Wars: Episode V, The Empire Strikes Back. With Blue-Tooth tech it should be possible to have just a keypad on your wrist and an earpiece. Where it it?

I was intrigued by Nokia's using nano technology and by-products as an alternative battery. I was surprised that the Flexible phone didn't look like a Nokia design- 2005 (?) Nokia's flexi concept phone was white and looked thinner. The Flexi phone in this slide show is probably an earlier version of NEC's flexi versions ( the latest version is a longer wrap around unit which is more awesome to look at).

With that said these phones are a great example of how far communication technology has come. WOW!

I foresee a lot of flights being held up due to "terrorists" sticking their sticker phones on the window while they fly.

I have to answer,
for those who said once upon a time the US was the leader of innovation.

The US is now only leader of WAR, and Destruction items.
Just ask Obama, spending freeze, and unlimited spending of defense $$,
thats how you do it, Allthough I would call it Offense.

If you've got arthritis in your fingers don't buy the phone that needs you to "SNAP" your fingers to turn it on and off. I'm jus' sayin'

Garbage concepts !!

I can't believe they don't even talk about TV phones. ( No, I am NOT talking about the AT&T and Verizon bullshit, their phones should not even be called TV phones because they have some recorded programs which is not even live, plus you pay 5 $ subscription fee every month, WTF). In Japan, you can actually watch LOCAL channels LIVE on your phone for FREE. I guess US companies don't want that technology in their phones because they won't be able to charge you extra 5 bucks every month.

Will they all come with a speed-dial straight to your neurologist to take care of that inevitable brain or neck tumor?

Why do you need a neurolgist? Trouble when you look for it is always found.
