Tiger Woods has left sex addiction rehab, according to RadarOnline. Woods allegedly checked into rehab after his string of alleged mistresses (PHOTOS) came to light.

There is still no confirmation that Woods ever attended sex rehab, and there is good reason to doubt the reports. RadarOnline previously posted photos allegedly placing Woods at the clinic, but it turns out they very well may have been phony pictures.

RadarOnline previously reported that Woods was planning to leave rehab, while another article claimed that wife Elin Nordegren (PHOTOS) visited Tiger -- and stayed at Brett Favre's property.

A person familiar with the clinic says participants are required to sign a celibacy pledge which bars patients from masturbating. Attendees are also forced to come clean to their partner about all of their affairs.

As has been noted before, if previous allegations are true, Disclosure Day could be difficult. The conversation would include Rachel Uchitel, the New York night club promoter (PHOTOS) with whom Tiger allegedly shared his erotic fantasies -- fantasies that a Playboy model (PHOTOS) says are 'not normal.' Woods would have to reveal two separate porn stars, one of whom bragged about their "amazing" sex online and may have worked as an escort (NSFW).

He would also have to spill details about Jamie Jungers (PHOTOS), who gushed about their "wild" and "crazy" sex and said she slept with Tiger the night his father died. Jaimee Grubbs (PHOTOS), who has stripped down for two different magazines would also come up. He would also likely need to tell her whether a sex tape exists.

• Theresa Rogers has been described as a "cougar" who allegedly boasted that she taught Tiger "everything he needed to know to be a great lover." She reportedly conceived a baby while she was seeing Woods, but an article suggests she believes the father is a Serbian basketball player she was also seeing at the time. According to another article, Woods told Rogers that he only married Elin Nordegren to boost his image. The 40-something Rogers may have negotiated a payoff in exchange for her silence.
• Joslyn James is a porn star (PHOTOS, VIDEO) who has starred in films such as Porn Star Brides and MIA - Milfs In Action. She is also wanted in Washington state.
• Holly Sampson is a porn star (NSFW pictures, video) whose films include Descent Into Bondage and Diary of a Horny Housewife. Look, Tiger was happy with his beautiful wife and children, and he was the largest success in golf ever. When we found out he was having sex with people other than his wife - there's suddenly a "crisis", and apparently he has some sort of "addiction". Was he having sex with porn stars/hookers so frequently that he, for example, missed his tee time at a tournament? no. Comparing Tiger with "addicts" that you see shooting up at train stations who are homeless is simply bizarre.

If, in fact, there is such a thing as sexual addiction, and if Tiger Woods actually suffers from this addiction, and I am more skeptical about that, his rehab is far from over. Ask anyone who suffers from, or is an expert on, any of the other addictions, and they will tell you that it is always a work in progress. Whether you are Tiger Woods or Steve Philips, you can't just disappear out of the limelight, once you get caught, for a few weeks, emerge all buffed and shined, declare yourself cured, and say, "Now let's all just forget about this." Time will tell if there has been a miraculous "cure," or if we all have been hoodwinked again.

In retrospect perhaps ElTigre played this round with a flaccid club. He may have underestimated his wife's reaction to his adventures so his first mistake was failure to duck. Once out of the house and cleaned up at the emergency room he should have slid back into his cool cocoon and basically taken a "so what" attitude. Tiger surely must know that his escapades would be the secret envy all of the guys out there who buy his golf clubs and stuff. As to the "legends of golf" and the rest of his competitors who cares.They don't buy stuff with his name on it but they do need him because his presence on any golf course means big bucks for every one. His wife did not deserve to be publicly humiliated but in her favor she is young, gorgeous and can go back to Sweden with a ton of cash. The kids are young enough that this will be a non- story by the time they can read. The worst thing Tiger can do is pretend it never happened. Wives do not forgive this sort of thing and all women are equipped with a brain operated recording device capable of recalling any incident anytime and nailing an errant husband with details. So, Tiger needs to move on or get used to some really invasive time management by his wife and about a million paparazzo behind every bush.
