John Terry has reportedly been eliminated as captain of England's national soccer team. The news comes following a report that he carried on a passionate affair with Vanessa Perroncel, the ex-partner of teammate Wayne Bridge.
According to News of the World, Terry impregnated his lover and helped arrange an abortion. The two reportedly continued to see each other twice a week.
Terry is married and was voted "dad of the year" last June.
