Kershaw knows firsthand about the dangers of fashion, having fallen on the runway several times and once fainting due to a super-tight corset. This year, she turned down the chance to walk in Alexander McQueen's show, refusing to stick her foot into his armadillo shoes. She said, "Hopefully [heel height] is going to come back down soon because health and safety regulations have got to come into play at some point."
