Retired Optician Helps Fellow Veterans See For Free

Frank Montijo, 76, is a Vietnam veteran who help fellow veterans at the see better.

During his weekly eight-hour rounds at the Denver Veterans Affairs Medical Center, the retired optician repairs and adjusts glasses for anyone in the hospital for only the cost of a hug or handshake.
