JPMorgan Buys RBS Sempra In Bid To Strengthen Its Commodities Business

JPMorgan said on Tuesday it had agreed to buy RBS Sempra Commodities' non-US assets for $1.7bn in cash in a deal that will challenge the dominance of Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and Barclays Capital in raw materials dealing.
