New Speedy Blackberry Browser Unveiled By RIM At MWC 2010 (VIDEO)

Research in Motion recently unveiled a new, faster Blackberry browser at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

Mashable explains the technical specifications of the new web interface:

The new browser is based on WebKit, the layout engine that's also behind the Safari (Safari) browser. It loads JavaScript much faster, supports the new HTML5 web standard, and scores an impressive perfect 100/100 score on the Acid3 Web standards test used to assess browser compatibility with a wide range of web standards.

There's no word on when the new Blackberry browser will officially be available, but you can see the demo of the speedier Blackberry browser in the video below.
