Chicago's airports have gotten worse in the eyes of travelers, with O'Hare ranked 14th out of 19 big airports nationwide and Midway no longer No. 1 among medium-sized airports, according to a new survey.
That got O'Hare a "below average" rating the the customer-satisfaction survey released today by J.D. Power and Associates, down from No. 12 in 2008.
