Scott Brown Still Analyzing, Considering Jobs Bill

Newly-elected Sen. Scott Brown (R-Mass.) has not yet ruled out voting for the jobs bill crafted by Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.), leaving open hopes that he will be the critical 60th vote for passage.

Asked by the Huffington Post whether he had made up his mind on the legislation, he replied: "We are analyzing it right now."

"It is coming on Monday so we will be [weighing in] soon," he said.

He declined to elaborate further. Brown, a surprise speaker at the Conservative Political Action Conference on Thursday, was whisked away by his handlers. He had driven to the event in his now famous truck -- the symbol of his blue-collar-ness that he used as a prop for his successful campaign.
