The 30-room mansion in Wilmette that convicted developer and political fundraiser Antoin "Tony" Rezko had owned until he lost it to foreclosure last year has just come on the market for $3.5879 million.
Bank of America owns the vacant mansion and chose to list the house as-is, said listing agent Dina Wasmund of Prudential Starck Realtors in Palatine, who is the co-listing agent for the mansion along with Lynn Dahl. The seven-bedroom, 8,596-square-foot mansion officially came on the market late Wednesday.
