The owner of a Beaver Creek, Colorado mansion once owned by President Gerald Ford is selling the home for $13 Million, the AP reports.

Ford, an accomplished athlete and avid skier, died in 2006 at the age of 93, at which point his widow sold the 7-bedroom, 11,000 square foot home. Listed with Sotheby's, the ski-in/ski out estate features an indoor pool, a home theater and a Presidential Seal carved out of granite. The upscale resort town of Beaver Creek was also a recent vacation spot for Vice President Joe Biden and his family.
