Denver-based Sheldon Good and Company will auction off seven resort and vacation homes on March 19, including three properties in Colorado.
The auction is part of a chapter 7 bankruptcy liquidation of High Country Club, one of the country's largest members-only destination clubs.
The three Colorado homes, located in Keystone, Arrowhead and Breckenridge were originally purchased for prices ranging from $792,000 to $900,000.
Other properties up for auction from High Country Club include a Villa located outside of Sandiego at La Costa Resort and Spa in Carlsbad, Calif., a condominium at the Grand Sierra Lodge in Mammoth Lakes, Calif, a condominium in the planned resort community of ChampionsGate, Florida and a condominium in the heart of New York's Time Square.
