Kelly Ripa's New Tattoo PHOTOS: Consuelos On Wrist (PICTURES)

Kelly Ripa got a new tattoo and she showed it off on "Regis and Kelly" Wednesday morning.

Ripa, who already has a flower tattoo on her inner ankle, got "Consuelos" on her wrist, as in husband-of-13-years Mark Consuelos.

Ripa said of the script, "It's a little inky but it will heal." She said she got inked at Saved Tattoo in Brooklyn.

It is amazing how much hate is spread through the comment section on this site. I do hope that it makes you guys feel better to share your petty prejudices­. With that said, tattoos are a art form reaching back thousands of years, through many different cultures. It is 2010 people grow up, the majority of tattoos are well thought out and beautiful.

From any distance farther than a few feet, tattoos look like bruises, and these days the majority of tattoos go on young women. Apparently it is the law that a girl must get a tattoo when she turns 18.

Go to any popular beach and you will see what looks like a sea of beaten and bruised girls.
