Andrew Koenig's parents arrived in Vancouver Tuesday night and appeared on the Today show Wednesday with an appeal to the public to call the police with any information about the former 'Growing Pains' star's whereabouts.

"It's very, very tough," said a teary Walter Koenig, who played Chekov on Star Trek. "He was very depressed about his life."

"He is much loved and beloved in this world, and I just hope he gets that feeling," Judy said.

The Koenigs are trying to remain hopeful their son is okay. When asked whether he may have hurt himself, Walter said, "We're trying not to think that way."

Andrew, 41, has been missing since February 14 when he disappeared on vacation in Vancouver. Alleged sightings of the actor have been reported to the police, but nothing solid.

Walter Koenig's website asks: If you've seen Andrew since February 14th, PLEASE contact Detective Raymond Payette of the Vancouver PD at 604-717-2534.
