Kendra Wilkinson Talks Postpartum Depression, Sex

Kendra Wilkinson has repeatedly appeared a happy new mom in the past 11 weeks, but Season 2 of 'Kendra' (premiering March 14) will revisit a dark period she went through after her son's birth.

"After giving birth, I never brushed my hair, my teeth, or took a shower. I looked in the mirror one day and was really depressed," Kendra told OK! magazine. "I thought, 'Look at me!' I had this glamorous life in L.A., and now [in Indianapolis] I didn't."

Apparently it got pretty bad.

"A couple of times, I even said, 'I just have nothing to live for,'" she said.

Kendra found one way to beat the post-baby blues--having sex, even before the recommended six weeks post-birth. Monday night on 'Chelsea Lately,' Chelsea Handler asked Kendra and Hank about their sex life as new parents.

"[At] the doctor's appointment following up on everything, he goes, 'Have you guys had sex?'" Kendra said. "This was, like, five weeks after. We were like, 'I guess we have to be honest. Yes, we did.' And he's like, 'Ugh! You can't do that!'"

"We were careful," Hank added.
