Federal prosecutors in Connecticut say a grand jury has indicted a former Stamford man on child pornography charges involving a girl who was 8 when the abuse began six years ago.
The grand jury in U.S. District Court in Bridgeport charged 49-year-old William Oehne of Amelia, Va., on Thursday with production of child pornography and distribution of child pornography.
