Lenny Dykstra Sexual Harassment Lawsuit: Oral Sex Allegedly Demanded

Posted: Updated:

The problems continue for Lenny Dykstra. Last year he was excoriated on the "Daily Show" shortly after he filed for bankruptcy, something he initially denied.

In February, he unveiled a new investment service, but it appears there is another bump in the road for the former Philly. A onetime employee of Dykstra's has sued the ex-outfielder for sexual harassment.

The Smoking Gun obtained the legal complaint, which alleges that Dykstra demanded her to work at 1:00 AM before telling her to "get the fuck out of my house." Jacqueline Massaro, who served as Dykstra's "Estate Manager/Personal Assistant" last May, says that as she was preparing to leave, the former ballplayer groped her breasts "while trying to push her onto the bed."

Dykstra also allegedly told her, "So, you have nowhere to go, give me a blow job and you can stay the night." Click here to see the complaint.
